These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in any digital course, program, training, community, application, or service offered by Bsovereign Group (“Issuer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to Transitional Housing Maximized (THM). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any program, product, platform, or community operated by Bsovereign Group (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access the Services.

Definitions | Nature Of Service
“Program” refers to all offerings provided by Bsovereign Group, including free and paid education, live trainings, replays, challenges, communities (including Skool and Teams), applications, masterclasses, and related resources.
“Participant,” “Customer,” or “You” refers to any individual or entity accessing or purchasing a Program.
Bsovereign Group provides digital education and training programs, including recorded educational content, live instruction, challenges, community access, tools, and related learning materials. Services are educational and informational only.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access any paid Program. By participating, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are entering into a legally binding agreement.
No Guarantees; Individual Responsibility
Results depend on individual effort, execution, circumstances, and decisions. Participation does not guarantee any specific outcome.

Access & Digital Delivery
Access to digital materials is provided as described at the time of enrollment or purchase. Delivery of digital access constitutes delivery under applicable digital goods laws. Access is granted after successful payment. Delivery is complete when access credentials are issued.
Access is non-transferable. Credential sharing is prohibited without written approval.
Some content is delivered live, and some content is provided on-demand. Access may be time-limited or lifetime depending on the tier selected.
Bsovereign Group reserves the right to modify delivery methods, schedules, platforms, or access points when necessary to maintain program integrity or participant experience.
Community Conduct & Participation
Users may not share credentials or misuse content.
All Programs operate as professional learning environments. You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and responsibly.
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
Disrupting live sessions or communities
Unauthorized promotion, solicitation, or advertising
Harassment, defamatory statements, or misrepresentation
Sharing, selling, or transferring access credentials
Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal without refund.
Intellectual Property
Users may not share credentials or misuse content.
All Program content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All content is owned exclusively by Bsovereign Group. Limited personal-use license granted.
You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, resell, or otherwise exploit program materials without prior written consent. Recording live sessions is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
Refund Policy & Cooling-Off Rights
No Refund Policy; Disputes
All sales are final once access is granted. No refunds. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in
termination.
Non-EU/UK Participants: A 3-day cooling-off period applies if you have not accessed more than one module or live session. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within this period.
After access has been granted, no refunds are provided for:
Dissatisfaction
Scheduling conflicts
Non-completion
Change of circumstances
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid.
Access may be terminated for violations or non-payment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bsovereign Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Program or $5,000, whichever is less.
Payment Terms & Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)
Payments are processed through Stripe or authorized processors. BNPL repayment terms are between the user and the provider.
All fees are due at purchase or according to the selected payment plan.
If you use Buy Now, Pay Later or installment options, repayment terms are governed by the third-party provider. Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access.
Initiating chargebacks without first contacting us may result in permanent removal from Programs.
Satisfaction Guarantee
You may be eligible for a refund if you:
Must complete 100% of the course and bonus trainings.
Must prove no return on investment using verifiable business records
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of finishing the training materials.

Media & Recording Consent
By participating in Programs, you consent to being recorded or photographed during live sessions.
Bsovereign Group may use recordings or likenesses for educational or marketing purposes without additional compensation. You release all related claims.
Promotional Use of Content
Content may be used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
Privacy & Data Processing
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.
By participating, you consent to receive communications related to Programs. Data may be transferred internationally using lawful safeguards.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including technical failures, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies and tracking technologies may be used.
Community Standards and Removal
Participation may be restricted or terminated without refund.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal and state laws.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the applicable U.S. federal and state laws under applicable arbitration rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
By accessing or purchasing any Program from Bsovereign Group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
